Terms of use
Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. Purpose
WantedCreator is a platform, published by Nureki, where FiveM ecosystem creators showcase their work and services and post news, and where visitors discover and contact them. Using it is free; only advertising (promoting a piece of content, section 9) may be paid.
WantedCreator does not sell, distribute or deliver any file or asset, takes no commission and is not involved in any transaction between users. Dealings, orders and payments between users happen directly between them, outside WantedCreator, at their own risk.
2. Independence
WantedCreator is an independent platform. It is not approved, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Tebex, and it is not an official marketplace. FiveM is a trademark of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
3. Account
- Registration is free and limited to people aged 15 or over.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
- One account lets you browse the site and manage several identities: a personal profile (private until you activate it), a creator space and, if you wish, organizations. Each identity has its own page, statistics and Wanted Stars; public actions are made on behalf of the identity you choose.
- An organization must provide an e-mail address of its own. Its owner is responsible for its content and for the permissions given to its managers. A creator only appears in a team, or is credited on a post, after accepting.
- You can delete your account at any time from the settings.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your content and guarantee that you hold all necessary rights (copyright, third-party trademarks and elements, permissions). You grant Nureki a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce and display it while it is online, solely to operate and present WantedCreator. Content must follow the content rules.
5. External links and third-party rules
Creators may add links to their shop or contact details. They are solely responsible for these links, their offers and compliance with the rules that apply to their activity, including the Rockstar Games / Cfx.re terms for FiveM-related content and services (such as the Creator Platform License Agreement, which governs commercial use and may require specific authorized service providers) and their sales provider's terms. WantedCreator does not verify these offers or the compatibility declared by creators.
6. Moderation
Anyone can report content. WantedCreator may hide or remove content, or suspend an account, for breaches of these terms, the content rules or the law. When content is hidden, the reason is shown to its author in their creator space. To appeal: [email protected].
Private messaging. The first message sent to a creator is a conversation request, which they can accept, decline or block. To limit spam, WantedCreator caps the number of new contact requests per period and refuses identical messages sent in series, excessive repetitions and messages sent too fast; the reason for a refusal is always given. Each participant can block or report the other. In case of abuse, WantedCreator may hide reported messages or restrict an account's access to messaging, temporarily or until further notice; the reason is given to the member. WantedCreator is not involved in agreements made through messaging.
7. Liability
WantedCreator acts as a host of user content. The service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of continuous availability. Nureki is not liable for transactions, disputes or damage arising from dealings between users or from third-party websites.
8. Ranking, recommendations and spotlight
- “Discover” and “Following” feeds: chronological. “For you” feed: posts from creators you follow, chronological, plus a few suggestions (labelled “Suggested for you”) chosen from your interests and the posts' engagement.
- “Creators to discover”: a mix of your interests (searches, categories, profiles and creations viewed, follows), popularity, recent activity and a random part that changes regularly. You can clear the history used from your account settings; the “Discover” feed and the directories remain available without personalization.
- Directories: “Discovery” order (random, renewed several times a day) by default, or the sort you choose.
- Interactions between identities run by the same people (for example an organization and its managers) stay visible, but count neither towards popularity, nor reputation (Wanted Stars), nor suggestions.
- Advertising placements (ADS): some placements (home page, news feed, “Creators of the moment” column, bottom of profiles and creations, first search result) may show, in this order: content chosen durably by the team, team picks, campaigns from creators or advertisers, then randomly chosen content so that no slot stays empty. Each item shown this way carries a visible label: “Selection” (team's choice, nothing in return), “Featured” (free campaign approved by the team) or “Sponsored” (paid campaign or an outside advertiser's ad, with the advertiser's name).
- A placement accepts a limited number of campaigns over the same period; when it is full, the next availability is shown. Campaigns of a placement rotate fairly (shared exposure, some randomness, a repetition limit per person). Promoted content only appears in search results when it matches the search. The “Following” tab of the feed contains no advertising.
- During the launch phase, a creator can request a free campaign for their profile, a post, a creation or a service; the team approves or rejects it (the reason is given) and may change the placement, dates or duration. The team may refuse or stop any campaign that breaches these terms or the content rules.
- Wanted Stars: the star count shown on a profile represents the community reputation earned naturally on WantedCreator. It is computed automatically and cannot be bought, nor obtained through an advertising campaign (free or paid), a subscription or a code; visits brought by an advertising placement count neither for reputation nor for organic ranking. Artificial interactions (spam, multiple accounts, repetitive exchanges) do not count. Reputation is only a secondary criterion of suggestions, which keep room for new creators. In case of fraud, bug or data error, the team may correct a reputation; such corrections are logged.
- Event badges: symbolic rewards tied to WantedCreator events or moments, awarded by the team or automatically on announced criteria. They have no effect on reputation, ranking or visibility and may exceptionally be removed in case of abuse.
- Verified creator: a creator whose email address is confirmed can ask for their profile to be verified. The mark shown next to their name only means that the team checked the account and the activity visible on WantedCreator; it does not guarantee the quality of work, skills, deadlines or transactions. Verification is optional, free, and has no effect on features, ranking, recommendations, Wanted Stars or advertising. The team may request more information, reject a request or remove a verification; the reason, if any, is given to the creator, and a new request remains possible after a delay.
9. Paid advertising
During the launch phase, campaigns are free. When paid campaigns are open, the following rules apply:
- The price, placement, duration and delivery period are shown before payment; the price applied is always the one recorded by WantedCreator for the chosen package. [State whether prices include VAT and the applicable VAT scheme].
- Payment happens on Stripe's secure page. The slot is reserved during payment; without payment within that time, it is released. The campaign is only confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment.
- An invoice is issued after each payment and emailed; it remains available in the creator space.
- A paid campaign buys no reputation (Wanted Stars), level or organic ranking advantage: it only brings visibility on the planned placements, labelled “Sponsored”.
- Cancellation, refunds and right of withdrawal: [to be defined in terms of sale before paid campaigns open].
Any change to the financial terms will be announced in advance.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the update date is shown above. Governing law: [to be confirmed: French law].
